O.k. I promise this is the last post without pictures!!
Gavin and I need some help brainstorming names for our baby boy. Here's what we're looking for; a strong name that falls between the regular, "William" and the extreme, "Zakiriar" (I'm not actually sure if that's really a name.)
Here are some that we've (or should I say I) have come up with......
Branson, Clay, Easton, Ephraim, Finn, Morgan, Rhett, Amos, Ryland.
Gavin has said that the only ones he will even consider out of those are Easton, Finn, Rhett, and Morgan. Gavin's brother is having a baby girl in July and they are considering Morgan for her name so that would obviously be out if they decided on that. I'm pretty against any names from the "Top 100" list. So no Noah, or Jacob or Dustin. I'd also like it to kind of "go" with our other kids names, Wyatt, Layton, Timber and....... not Phil, that's for sure.
So please, use your creative minds and help us out! :)

My friend Mel has a little guy named Easton, and I love that name:) And since Layton has a place name (kinda) Easton is a town in Eastern WA. :P I'll think of some more. We really liked Holden (place), Elijah (bible/family), and Hayden (place) when we were preggo with Keira.
I asked Gav about Holden, becasue I liked it, and he said no way. Hayden is kinda popluar right now. At least here it is. More, more, I need more! ;)
I really like the way Finn sounds when you say it with all the other names. I'll try thinking of some others - my oldest is Elijah which I love as a different name.
I like Finn and Easton a lot! Garrison, Gibson, Grayson, these are ones We liked before we knew this baby was a girl. I am 32 weeks and we still have NO NAME! the prob is my kids are: Gabrielle(Gabby) Gwendolyn(gwen) and Graham and our last name is smith so I am right there with you on not wanting a common name! I have looked at hundreds of G names and one or the other of use doesn't like them!
Grayson was on my list too but Gavin poo-pooed it. I haven't thought yet of Garrison. I like it! I'll have to ask Gavin what he thinks!
For a girl with a "G" I like Georgia, Gillian, and Graceann.
I have a nephew named Easton. Love that!
I have always like Ethan and Seth also.
Good luck. Boy names are not easy to decide on!
Aww, I am partial to Finn... that was a close choice for our son. Again, Hayden was another choice for our daughter...Sage, Cole, River, Sawyer, Ever, Trygg,(Sounds like "Tree-g" "g" meaning the sound "g" makes ; )) Soren was a favorite until a friend chose it first!! March, was also a favorite!
Have fun, congratulations too!! : )
Oooh, I really like Korbin, Sawyer, Easton, and Soren.
Okay, so I'll be the opinionated sister...Obviously whatever you choose will be wonderful because he's going to be perfect. Ryan and I have always wanted to name a girl (if we have one) Finnley and call her Finn for short. But...if you like it you can take it. ;) Anyway, here goes with some of the names I like...Mason, Payton, Sloan, Corbin, Balor, Jaxton and Clavey. Not sure if any of these are in the "top 100." Grady is Irish and means noble. I think Shaw is really cute too and means grove as in a tree grove in Gaelic. I've got more where that came from. I like names and their meanings, they fascinate me. Love ya', Leah
This is fun. Some of my favorite boy names are...Brock, Clay, Davis, Owen, Roman, Logan, Mitchell. I'll think of more...I never got to name a boy...yet
Is Asher a top 100 name?
Wow, you have a ton of great suggestions. It is so much easier when you are not stuck to one letter. Not much I can do about that now! I like Gillian & Georgia too, but Chad doesn't, Graceann is pretty not sure what old boy will think, will have to ask him. We have scarlette Grace as a back up, we love it though other than the guilt from not choosing a G name!
