Timber inspired the making of this barn. She just said, "Mama, let's sew."
I had other plans.
But encouraging her to sew is something I want to do. I don't want to discourage it.
So, I laid all other plans aside and we set up our machines and went after it.
Here is barn #8.
I'm feeling better now about this quilt along. I'm not so far behind...only 1 barn still left to make. (The one where I need to come up with my own block for the barn wall.)
I'm working on it. Slowly.
Now it's time to get back out in the garden.
Have a great week!

I love this pattern. A quilt in a magazine many years ago that had something similar which I vowed to make someday (but haven't yet). Yours is wonderful!
Love the red fabric you used for this barn! I haven't sewn in forever, but it's been a crazy month...I probably won't until July, unless I try really hard. =)
I just love the star in the middle of your barn!!!!!!!! So so adorable! I love the chicken wire red fabric also! Very fun!
I have been busy in my garden also....it is so relaxing isn't it......well....hugs to your day sweet friend, Linda
Your barn looks great Heather! Yay, for Timber wanting to sew :)
I'm so glad Timber motivated you to finish the barn. It looks great. I started cutting out my barn this evening. Have a spectacular day!
